Single sided spot welding machine is used to weld nickel sheets with many lithium batteries into a group pack, which is suitable for lithium battery pack assembly in the factory for 14500 18650 21700 26650 32700 etc multi-parallel multi-series combination.

The spot welding machine adopts a precision transistor type welding power supply, which can achieve small, efficient, and high output precision welding.

This machine adopts three welding methods:

Fixed voltage welding:  Control the voltage between electrodes, reduce the amount of current, and reduce the generation of sparks during welding.

Fixed current welding:  passing a certain amount of current, independent of the workpiece resistance, can stabilize welding.

Fixed voltage-Fixed current welding:  Welding is controlled by setting both current and voltage simultaneously.

Output current direction:

MDA-10000B current flows from the positive electrode to the negative electrode (unipolar welding), mainly suitable for power batteries.

MDB-4000B (polarity conversion welding), mainly suitable for digital batteries.

Completion signal: 0-99MS can be set;

Suitable welding range: power batteries/digital batteries/nickel hydrogen nickel chromium batteries/motor rotors/electronic and electrical accessories, etc.

Welding thickness: 0.08-0.2MM nickel plating or pure nickel (it is recommended to open a flow guide groove for 0.15-0.2MM nickel plates, while nickel plates above 0.2MM need to be welded with protruding points).
