Structural properties and uses
SF-2 The boundary lubrication bearing is a three-layer composite self-lubricating material filled with tetrafluoro-modified polyoxymethylene plastic as the surface layer. It is a benign boundary lubrication material, so it is especially suitable for high-load and low-speed rotary motion, rocking motion and frequent Bearings that open and close under load and are not easy to form hydrodynamic lubrication, friction parts such as thrust washers, sliders, ball seats, etc. SF-2 can make full use of micro grease, and can be maintained without oil for a long time under the condition of boundary lubrication. Under the condition of complete oil-free lubrication, SF-2 has low friction performance and allowable PV value, so oil storage pits are usually rolled out on the plastic surface, and lithium-based lubricating grease or silicone grease is applied during assembly.
