Structural properties and uses
FZH (copper-based), FZL (aluminum-based), and FZP (resin-based) steel balls are kept solid, and are respectively based on copper alloy, hard aluminum alloy, and POM resin. Appropriately sized and specially shaped holes are embedded with rolling bearing steel balls in the holes. The mouth adopts the latest groove circumferential ball locking technology, which effectively solves the problem that the traditional locking ball and the indentation locking ball cannot completely prevent the steel ball from falling off. The bottom of the hole is machined with a 90° stop so that the steel ball can rotate freely in the hole without falling off. Since the diameter of the steel ball is larger than the wall thickness of the retaining ring, the steel ball is higher than the inner and outer surfaces of the retaining ring during use, and directly contacts the matching hole and the shaft, so that the matrix (retaining ring) floats in the middle, and the matching The difference between the radius of the hole and the shaft is smaller than the diameter of the steel ball, that is, the steel ball is fitted with an interference fit, and the fitting precision is high, and the relative movement of the shaft and the hole is flexible. It is an updated product of the maintenance circle.
