Structural properties and uses

FD is a wear-resistant material with PTFE as the main material and copper powder and other polymer additives as supplements. If the product has been specially treated, it can be pasted on the steel or rubber surface, and the product will not crawl during use.

  • The products are widely used in the chemical industry, oil pressure, oil cylinder, steam-friction shock absorber, machine tool guide rail, printing machinery, textile machinery and other light-loaded but self-lubricating occasions.
